Very thorough. You're usually interviewed by at least three people, they take turns asking you about 20+ questions that apply to the job and write down your answers. At the end of the interview they open the floor to questions and at the beginning of the interview they go over the job position, hours, and pay. After which you just play the waiting game; it's not very conversation based at all, it feels like taking a verbal test.
Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
