It depends where you are working. most hours they will try to have set with the option to pickup shifts
Hours are chosen by a signing order, so when you're new, the hours suck and there's nothing you can do about it. It takes about 6 years before you can really get anything decent on a regular basis.
Nothings set. Team leaders can change your hours, schedule, job description, and location of work without asking or warning
