Terrible if you exceed the requirements.
"Junior Operator - Water Services" comes in many different types, it can be for any of the 4 water services (WTP, WWTP, WD, WWC) and they may or may not tell you during the interview which one you will get.The pay was the lowest on the scale they posted, management was good at the foreman level, bad above that, typical day of work was driving around the city doing WWC or in the plant later on.
