In addition to some basic knowledge questions, STAR is the screening process used to score a candidate on skills and personal traits such as conflict resolution, management, customer service, etc. The candidate must provide real life experiences by stating a past Situation, the Task at hand, Action taken, and the Result of their action. Not sure what is entiled
There is not a lot of permanent jobs available. One has to apply many, many times before you can expect an invitation for an interview but it seems as though a lot of people keep applying with no success at all of being considered.
