  • Higher wages to keep up with inflation we are experiencing and more incentives to attract more people

  • Focus more on your people and be flexible. Since the City pays less you have to do more to motivate people. There are very little good to work at The City compared to industry

  • More leadership and communicaion from management pr supervision

  • Don’t replace your staff when they request vacation time att a year of employment and give adequate request notice! When you award staff with gift (such as a gift Card), be sure it’s actually activated so the recipient can use it and when it’s reported to you that it not then fix the situation!
