Do you people always skirt around the truth. No wonder we are all so cynical.

Have a family member or a good contact. Merit is not required. Do not make any difference if you have been a contributor to your community and discipline of continued studies. Made a contribution. Government is a family business. Son, Sister, cousin, son in law, daughter in law. Like I said Merit does not enter into the picture.
