Everything is dumed on Technicians. Technicians are on the hook for every misteak that management makes. Supervisors talk badly about other technictions when they are not present. Seems like manegment is in over their heads and do not take the proper steps to fix the situation.

Hire enough people to share the load of work equally among the techs. Instead of dumping everything on the sinior techs and burning them out. Maybe have a person just doing deliveries only, it would help the technicians with their time management. There are way to many products that do the same thing but are physically different, like air fresh and ecoair, aroma'air and air mate....Hand sanitizer units ... three different kinds....why?Way to many products.. creates confusion and is extremely confusing for inventory purposes.Stop getting techs to do everything. They are not payed enough to be expected to carry top heavy management on their shoulders and are very unappreciated.

The work environment is supportive for individuals who are looking for and/or need support. They provide their sales team with everything they need to be successful. Team culture is great, as each branch has a team of 2-10 AE's with a Regional Sales Manager. In most cases, the RSM's are great resources and supportive of their team. CEO knows everyone by first name.

Extremely overwhelming and unrealistic expectations. Instead of hiring enough personnel to equally distribute the work load, they just dump it on the better technicians until they completey burn people out.

All staff receive a criminal record check. I believe Technicians must also show proof of driving record. For my office position I had to provide two references (may be an office only rule).
