meh honestly, very boring workplace, lots of angry clients. Management was okay, nothing to call home about - was not very fulfilling work no workplace culture people are just doing their own thing and getting out of therenice caf though

Company is cutting back on literally everything. They combined several different departments in one , laid off people and trained those who stayed to do all the jobs that other departments did .

I have worked for Citibank as customer service officer for 3 years. I gained key practical knowledge about how the banking sector works.This experience gave me a strong foundation in customer service and relationship management, as well as a deep understanding of banking products and some financial instruments.

Great work culture. Result oriented work. The team was supportive and dedicated. The working hours were flexible. Large complex teams and too long meetings are a con.
