Don’t bother

This is a slow paced atmosphere, training was terrible, management was terrible, management was very passive aggressive! They need training themselves, everyone wants to be “boss” !!! They don’t care if your sick or in a hospital or foot of snow etc, as long as you get there! Sad and a waste of my time !

Interactive Workplace

CIS while i worked there had a very large call centre, this environment could get extremely noisy which could be difficult when dealing with customers who had just suffered a bereavement. Concentration and the ability to thinking quickly and efficiently was essential.
