What is the company culture at Irving Circle K?

6 answers

  • Not good, they treat there employees like animals

  • Overall you're treated as a person which is rare for a huge corporation, however some of the training and upper management staff will occasionally have unrealistic expectations (usually regarding sales)

  • Need to readjust their values and care for not only the customer but their employees as well

  • Hard to describe, connection to other worker's s limited and I just don't get the sense of a culture.

  • I had a great few months but I wanted to leave because I was board of my job and could not handle night shifts anymore

  • It is a very layed back environment, however when you need to meet dead lines, it can be a bit hectic.
