Got interviewed 3 times. I honestly believe they didn't know if to trust me. So I got interviewed by the manager first, my suspervisor and another suspervisor that isn't even on my shift. Passed with flying colors. Don't judge a book by its cover, I say.

The reason the hiring process is so long, they want to put the right person in the job and not just take a warm body. Cintas is going through major growth and expansion in Canada so there will be a lot of new positions from G&K, and First Aid divisions .
