Assistant managers should get benefits at the least. We need to make sure that we’re keeping up with the times and updating our theatres, our location is outdated and overall worn out which I believe deters people from spending their money with us. Favouritism is a problem at our location.
If I will do my best job at the cineplex to grow in the future and entertainment
1- do the best job
2- listen to the management
3 - enjoy working. .with the company. ..etc.
Add a snack room full of snacks, I would add more rooms for the movies
More consistent information by managers, having all managers trained yearly for new technology and safety. Also having more than just 3 days training before being sent on your own.
Less restrictions on what staff can do, more manager accountability
Get rid of all of the toxic managers and transform the whole work environment, so people actually want to go to work.
I would get people trained in as many area as they want. Enforce the rule on more people than their least liked. Make sure there is no favoritism. I would also reward or recognize the employees more often.
