Job Culture
Pay was good culture not so much
Office (Current Employee) –  Nanticoke, ON21 March 2019
Not worth the aggravation for a few extra bucks. No respect, people will run you over to get to the top. Go somewhere where the culture is better and avoid the stress, the pay is better than most places, but certainly not worth the added stress
Pros
Adjustable shift

They over work you, use you up and kick you to the curb.
Employee (Former Employee) –  Corunna, ON20 March 2019
They over work you, use you up and kick you to the curb. They make it known that there are multiple people that would love to have your job when issues are brought forth until you finally give in and leave. Then if that's not bad enough, they contact your next employer before you start working for them.

Poor management and pay
Office Assistant/ Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Port Coquitlam, BC26 April 2018
I learned quite a bit, its a very cliquey workplace. You are paid well if youre liked. Management is poor. Not much room for advancement. Most enjoyable part of the job was the few employees that were awesome people.

Supportive management, with extensive experience in the safety management team.
Safety Advisor (Current Employee) –  British Columbia17 May 2017
Same as most other Safety gigs. You conduct all site orientations and new hires, prepare and fill out all required safety paperwork. In the field you conduct formal and informal audits, as well as incident investigations.
