Nice People, grueling work.I don't know about day shift, but midnight shifts, especially in binning, suck. It's overly loud and difficult to not feel dead inside as you repeat actions for eight hours that requires no particular thought. Unlike other factories, they do switch it up, which makes it easier, and I had started playing with ideas for a novel, but it just wasn't worth it.

Need Work DesperatelyPrepare to sell your soul then tossed out on your hind, if you last even that long. The training is next to nil. The work easy but repetitive. Mind numbing and stressful as you spend more of your downtime checking in/out your tools and self from the system then you do to rest and break. This place is a joke, they treat the employees exactly as they see them as high turnover and easily replaceable. Most are hired through third party temporary job placement agencies with many who actually manage to stay employed stay as such. Most others are laid off before transitioning to long term secured job & position direct hire from within the company. The work isn't hard and most get in and out never getting to know one another never mind on a personal level but not even a first name basis. While the pay is weekly and well above minimum wage there is absolutely no job security and management is either clueless or just not interested in investing in you as an individual only in your ability to keep the line rolling meeting their hourly quotas and quantity standards.

Potential for moreWhile being on several launch programs and initially interviewing with a work schedule defined as 5 days 40 hours a week there was much excitement. This all went sour and fast when holiday season came along and became 7 days a week. Management and HR clueless on viable concerns and when explaining how people feel you get cornered by the robots they have made into managers. Ethics are off as well and when talking to supervisors in same position if not part of the QSS clan you are shunned and left to debate alone . Mr.Keane had a great thing going and shows he is still successful in constant growth but there has to be a balance to growth of company and those who make the company what it is. The workers!

Could be great if management wasn’t pure evilCompany culture is good. Pay is good. Prepare to sell your soul though. They walk around with expressions like “FIFO” but their meaning is fit in or *%#* off. Highly avoid if you aren’t desperate for work.
