Great benefits, variety of projects to work on. Management and workplace culture is really team dependent, some are a lot better than others. 100% remote which is nice.

What is the best part of working at the company?They make you hustle like nowhere else.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?They rarely train their junior professionals adequately and they expect them to be profitable from day one...What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Their slogan in french "Là où l'humain est au coeur de tout" represents the least the culture and work environment.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Being stressed out by the bosses.

Manque d’intégration

Il y avait un manque d’intégration pour mon début en poste. On est laissé à soit alors qu’on vient juste de commencer. On apprends pas vraiment, et ça devient plate à la longue. Je m’ennuyais bcp et je trouve que ce n’est pas vraiment fait pour quelques qui veut commencer comme assistant administrative.
