Great benefits, variety of projects to work on. Management and workplace culture is really team dependent, some are a lot better than others. 100% remote which is nice.

Manque d’intégration

Il y avait un manque d’intégration pour mon début en poste. On est laissé à soit alors qu’on vient juste de commencer. On apprends pas vraiment, et ça devient plate à la longue. Je m’ennuyais bcp et je trouve que ce n’est pas vraiment fait pour quelques qui veut commencer comme assistant administrative.

Management Need to be Looked At

Would rather not dwell on this too much. I've done a lot of good work to meet all the deadlines given to me, complete all my training, and I even gave management an innovative idea to increase efficiency, speed and accuracy of work, which I was recommended to do as I know my way to innovate, and have done so multiple times in the past, but I was not heard, which happened very often.
