A productive and fun place to work, although it requires hard work

Not a bad place to work, but it takes a lot out of you. At the end of the day you feel exhausted. Its located in the capital so the traffic is horrendous both morning and evening, that alone takes from your energy. There is always reward for hard work, if the bank does well, at the end of the year you get bonus, staff tend to work towards that. Then there is the yearly increment on your salary. There is good work life balance too

Reward for hard work
