Great company and managers
A typical day at work: taking inbound calls and making outbound calls. What I learned: multi-tasking, quick thinking, problem-solving, patience.Management: managers were more than great, genuinely care for employee's well-being, very accomodating and understanding.Workplace culture: very friendly, coworkers and managers are all very welcoming and kind. The hardest part of the job: having thick skin and patience when selling products or when facing rude clients on the phone.Enjoyable parts: coworkers, benefits, and pay.
Pros
free coffee at the office

A good place to start a career
I work in a very nice branch located in a small town. So not a lot pressure on sales. Managers are not pushy and very reasonable person.Salary of retail banking is not competitive.

Great management and staff
Great place to work. Management is always helpful, encouraging and supportive. Staff is well diversified and friendly. Work hours are reasonable although some days are longer than others. Would be nice to have a better salary considering the responsibilities but benefits and pension are great.

Friendly
