Soul sucking, aggressive management styles and lack of communication for a call center no less

What is the best part of working at the company?There is none unfortunately the company is toxicWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?Constantly shifting management, on top of un realistic sales goals depending on the manager you have. On top of not being able to actively be coached in any proper manner, just a here's what you did wrong don't do it again and move on instead of making sure you know the training.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?They track every movement on there systems so they know instantly if you try and go to any website to check anythingWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?I worked in the contact center answering the phone for credit card services

Good career start in call centre environemtn

This is a good opportunity if you would like to jump start a career in customer service or if you have some experience under your belt already. Pay is fair, but work can be very stressfull and demanding.
