CIBC Employee Review

No work-life balance, lots of flexibility though

Decent salary, Directors don't know the systems and there's no training so you are on your own. If you get into it from working your way up then you may do okay but if you come into from outside you will be a chicken with its head cut off.

Worst Training

No training in place, you are hired and left on your own from day one. Don’t find a job here you would not grow as you should be growing in your career.

Hard work pays off but it is expected that you give the extra

Worked at CIBC for almost 20yrs. There are lots of opportunities and good benefits. You need to out the extra effort in and while work life balance is discussed, the balance falls to work in order to take advantage of the opportunities.
