Great organization if you want to learn the ins and outs of the financial industry. I started as a CSR and eventually became a mortgage advisor and now working in credit adjudication. Work pace can be fast at times but as long as you develop a system to keep things organized than you’ll succeed.

Credit Adjudication- Underwriter (Former Employee) - Vancouver, BC - 19 January 2017

My work performance is higher when i within a team atmosphere with clear direction from management which treat treat their staff/employees with respect and in a professional manner. I work well in a high pace work environment and perform strongly under stressful situation. On a normal day i would review, underwrite, and set condition on approx 10-12 mortgages a day with a perfect conformance to policy and procedure. My credit approval limit was 1.5 million dollars, i have strong analytical skill and my credit discussion easily. I strive not to meet but exceed the clients expectations.

Stressful and not good environment

There is no regard for the employee ,no followup strategy for pending work , no taking or handing over for new joinees it was a very big disappointing experience and the managers are pathetic
