Great place to grow and develop as a young professional; works with very notable, high profile, and reputable Canadian clients . Very team-oriented culture. Management open and very approachable — both with respect to day-to-day operations and with to long-term growth initiatives.
CIBC's contact center in Montreal is a great place to work at especially if you're looking for your first full-time job upon graduation from college or university and is interested in the finance world. A lot of learning and professional experience will be gained upon your first year working there and the working atmosphere is very nice.
Professional and pleasant workplace and coworkers.

In a typical day as a Inbound sales specialist I would promote products to our clients, credit limit increases, new applications for credit cards, credit card upgrades. Service clients with their credit card day to day needs. The job is very repetitive... The conditions are good and the managers care about the employees career advancement. Good job, good pay but very repetitive
The people were not interesting, and they all only cared about work. However, like other jobs, the work wasn't fulfilling - there didn't seem to be an overarching vision that motivated us to work. It was simply work for the sake of it, a very 1950's outlook on life, and very outdated
