Awesome culture and very involved team. Great place to learn how the bank run in Canada. A lot interaction cross team. Very repetitive task all day long.

Free drinks, 1 hour break, friendly coworker
Cons
No free parking, No paid overtime, high volume target, favouritism toward Indian race, poor training

CIBC is a wonderful organization to work for. They are client focused and encourage staff to think like a business owner. CIBC is innovative and more importantly they are inclusive and value their staff.

Credit Counselor (Former Employee) - 750 Lawrence Avenue, Toronto ON
The lack of a consistent management as manager was always absent. Staff was left most days in managed. Had to depend on a backup system that was not always available to team.
Pros
Employee recognition
Cons
Stressful environment at times
