Everyday job (repetitive)
Its a great place to learn and grow with customer service. If you don’t like talking to people this job can be very long. I think we deserve to be paid a bit more because mental health is important and it can be stressful at times.

Colleagues are wonderful. Team leaders have zero clue or direction
Good starting Pay and great people to work with. However, team leaders and managers are confused and unorganized on a daily basis. I was sick several days in Winter of 2022 and terminated. I suggest finding employment elsewhere

Productive and fun workplace
CIBC is a great company to work for I like the people I work with the workplace is very inclusive. I feel safe. Also, the work is fun you learn a lot about financial products. The cons is that you have to put in a lot of hours and it is hard to make a lot of money.

Good employer
Good place to work at if you are a student, they will give you a set schedule that works for school. Mostly remote and you get really good benefits every year, even if part time. You can also get financial benefits by being an employee. Overall, most managers have reasonable expectations and want to help you get better.
