high turn over Joined a few months back and it's amazing to work with the people around with such a depth of knowledge and experience. The work culture is great, there is flexibility to balance work and personal lives. Pretty decent hybrid work model. The only downside is the salary and benefits. Not very competitive. Could be compromised if your goal is not just money. I recommend to all my professional colleagues.

the job required a lot from you mentally and is not rewarding. Dispute dept specifically very stressful and rude clients, speaking to customers for 8 hours constant is a lot.
Nice place to work, fun workplace. Some downtime between the releases where can use the time to learn and grow. great benefits, compensation is average though compared to others. Steress level is average(manageable)
