No More community community game...Will make sure not to cut rewards and appreciation for employees. Will change worst dvp and community managers to good one. Instead of saying no matter how good you are in your work, you can only get 1 award in a year because we need to keep everyone happy, I will increase the number of awards.Will ask Financial Representatives to be independent instead of everytime taking help from mobile consultants. I will ask mobile consultants to bring business instead of forcing them self to join FSR appointments.More important I will value my independent FSR more than mobile consultants.
