A lot of applications are DOS based. ancient. using Windows 10 but the server is old, so the computer speed is still slow despite updated software.

Worst in the industry. DOS based applications, and their new windows based platform, which just feeds into the DOS applications anyways, is absolutely awful. Windows 95 makes all this banks software seem outdated. I was embarrassed to let a client see my monitor due to hourly system crashes and error codes that make absolutely no sense.
