Very incompetent managers with no experience Hard work does not really matter to this organization. A lot of managers are occupying positions with no experience. They hope that you can learn from other colleagues. You wonder if managers are really needed as they are unnecessary costs in quite a number of cases. Some of them just continue to hold meetings, send tons of emails to appear engaged with no interest paid to bottom line and talk down on people they don’t like. They will stop at nothing to frustrate you like that is part of their role. Extremely unprofessional and unproductive. They became friends with powers that be so they all keep rewarding themselves and the incompetence never ends. Senior management is aware that managers use their positions to suppress people’s growth rather than address this, they make videos to dissuade them or act like it’s an inclusive place to work. Managers are even indiscriminately shuffled so that favourites occupy the best branches and the talents keep leaving like it’s going out of fashion.
