Good place to start especially for new grad or people new to the country!!! After an year or so learning peaks out in various roles and feel the need to move to another role... Work is relatively relaxed with busy periods now and then...
most people working there thought they were getting unpaid for the amount of work they were putting in.
there was no communication between upper and lower management and no proper training for the job.

Great overall experience. Lots of new grads and this makes it a great starting job as you get used to working. You will learn plenty both relevant to the industry as well as work things like culture and politics.
Busy working environment, by following the finance market, the working time is unpredictable.
Salary is in a range of mid-level, but by comparing with the effort you need to put into the job, I feel I got paid less.
