Lowest pay with High expectations
They will pay you the bare minimum yet management expects the highest quality work. They don't value their employees and will cut employee benefits to fit the budget before they think to cut anything else. This breeds a toxic kind of person and most people who have worked at this company for more than five years are bad at their job. Promotions are based on playing the corporate game and sucking up to the right person, not based on skill or talent. This leads to a management team that is clueless and promotes more clueless people and feels threatened by people who are actually good at their jobs. Avoid at all costs, not a good place to work.

Expected to arrive early and leave late for minimal pay. After doing the math on hours worked vs salary you are often paid less than minimum wage. You are also expected to work without credit, managers often steal ideas from their staff. The culture encourages back stabbing and toxicity to get a small promotion. This is driven by the low pay. On the plus side it is hard to get fired but this also means that you will be working with people that are terrible at their jobs.
