Stressful and demanding environment.I learned a lot about the business, however, the boss is an extremely stressful and demanding individual to work for. He demands eyes forward, head up, no talking sort of atmosphere, the workers literally get nightmares and walk oñ eggshells and cry. As soon as you see his car pull into the parking lot, your anxiety begins to rise, and that is no way to spend your days. I stayed 3.5 years and just couldn't handle it any more.*Tip...*DO NOT TOUCH THE BOSSES UTENSILS. THEY WILL BE TAKEN RIGHT OUT OF YOUR HAND.

Lowest pay with High expectationsThey will pay you the bare minimum yet management expects the highest quality work. They don't value their employees and will cut employee benefits to fit the budget before they think to cut anything else. This breeds a toxic kind of person and most people who have worked at this company for more than five years are bad at their job. Promotions are based on playing the corporate game and sucking up to the right person, not based on skill or talent. This leads to a management team that is clueless and promotes more clueless people and feels threatened by people who are actually good at their jobs. Avoid at all costs, not a good place to work.

DisorganizedThe company is now under new management and there are a lot headaches. Not enough staff per team, too much work load, constant overtime, inefficient training and daily flow. Inconsiderate management.
