This is a horrible practice that unfortunately is supported by labour laws and allows for places like Chuck's to take advantage of the endless supply of students looking for work in a town like London and then dispensed with before they are beyond the probationary period and therefore somewhat protected e.g. proper reason for termination, severance etc. Massive Government loophole.Lots of employees terminated for no reason before their three month probation period is over
