Highlights of Chubb
Great place to start your career if your interested in Physical Security and Emergency operations. Difficult to move up, unless you have aspirations to become a Team Leader. Operations Manager in Winnipeg, MB

Micromanaged by upper management. Lack of training for technicians. Poor on-boarding for new employees
Upper management is only concerned about the bottom line but are unsure of how to get there. They are unwilling to invest the money in training and fail to realize that trained employees and customer service is the route to increasing the bottom line. Attempted to take on work the they were untrained for which resulted in unhappy customers. Employees at the branch level were a pleasure to work with and did their best with the training they were provided. Configuration Coordinator in Mississauga, ON

A great place to work!
Excellent place to work. Everyone is very friendly. Work life balance is good. There is no micro management. They have an education plan and great benefits.Dispatcher in Mississauga, ON

I would never recomend this company to anyone.
Terrible management. Company culture toxic. Employee is last regardless of what upper management claims. Only way to move up is by back stabbing fellow employees or kissing up to management. Management will suck the last drop of blood out of you. NO EMPLOYEE LOYALTY!! Turn over rate in monitoring station is over 50%.What would you say about your employer?
