Poor management team
Great great great front line technicians, however, poor managements. I am surprised for such big company can last this long with such poor management (manager). I am not saying the whole company, but for the branch I have worked for, the management was poor, like you don't want to work for them.

Finance department was horrible
Horrible controller to work for. Toxic environment, horrible culture. You're expected to put in incredibly long hours without compensation. You'll get an email at midnight and are expected to have an answer before you come in to work the next morning. I went into depression after 1 month of working here because of all the yelling and insulting behavior from the management.

Worst place I have ever worked!
After 2 months, I knew the Winnipeg office was in trouble. 2 people quit, and I found out that prior to my hire, 2 other people left. I started finding out why when I was told to do certain things that were clear violations of the electrical code, then was blamed for the errors on the job. I kept the text messages, which is what saved my skin. But management at Chubb is constantly blaming others for their short sightedness and failure. After8 months I had enough and left. Soon after I left, 2 other people also left. Just look at how often they are posting in the job market, and ask yourself why! The pay was good, but the rest is absolutely horrible! Worst place I have ever worked. Avoid this company at all costs!

Horrible
Unfortunately when I was there..there were people who loved to start rumors and ruin someone's reputation which included HR help since they were all friends after work as well. The culture there was so toxic I had to leave with all the backstabbing to advance themselves.

INCROYABLE.
