Very poor upper management and structure that only gets worse as it trickles down to the men on the ground. Good luck getting paid on time or even remotely close to due date if you are a contractor. Never in my life had such an issue being paid. Jobs can stretch out for months, expenses total up into thousands and no pay until end client signs off on - more... job completed and even then you can wait for months to be paid.
