Chrysalis at one point was the best agency to work for. You really felt like you were part of a place that valued your work and respected your input..The clients have always been the heart of why staff stayed with the agency. Management changed and respect for staff was no longer valued. Chrysalis needs to bring back the heart of the agency for it to again be successful. i will always believe in the Butterfly symbol and what it represents. Chrysalis will one day achieve the status that it deserves once leaders believe that we are working people and its not always just about the bottom dollar.Asked 3 May 2019
