PROS: - Good colleagues and people are willing to give their best and do extra-hours to thrive the operational projects and deliveries. - Salaries, car and travel expenses are aligned with market benchmarks and competitors accordingly to your trainings and experiences. - For a certain period of time, it used to be a place for positive challenges, creative and innovative workplace. CONS - Top management supports toxic work environment & non-ethical behaviors even if you had raised these situations at a higher-level. - Employees turnover doesn't make any sense. Top management fired over the last months a bunch of people, so that too much expertise and skilled-people had been left behind, especially when it comes for technology product development. - Top management seems to over calculate the ROI, so they loose sight of other key metrics such as : Clients success, product innovation, employees engagement, reputation, colleagues appreciation. Lots of projects are based on hard deadlines even if the quality could suffer. - A part of the executive management doesn't clearly understand the business domain and technologies so they will take reckless decisions regardless the suggestions of experts who are directly involved with end users. - The company is divided by silos, so that it creates a lot of asymetric information towards mid-level management teams and it becomes difficult to take accurate decisions. SUGGESTION TO TOP EXECUTIVES : Please, expose the people to your concerns and opportunities on a constant basis, not only once or twice a year. Let them - more...

This was a contract. Little time to learn or grow. Very political and not much diversity within the company. High expectations for the first day worked.

People are not happy to work here. Not enough smiles. Atmosphere is real down. Office has no light, no flare, nothing exciting to look forward to working here. Management is not very supportive.

Older building but still nice offices. Lot of work to do but not a lot of time to improve the way you do it.. Busy growing business. Peoples who work hard get rewarded for it!

OK! Good working environment, no micro management. Co-workers are very cooperative. you have to work on project not 9-5 schedule. some time I have to work until 12:00am to meet the dead line. over all good company to work with.

I have spent 22 and half years at the same Company. First 5 as a Field Service Engineer, after I was promoted to Regional Service Manager and stayed there for more than 17 years. Company is privately own and while the original Founder and his son were alive, it was a great company to work at. People would stay for the decades and Company was returning this loyalty. We all learned a lot and it was a pleasure to come every day to work. Everything changed in November 2015 when they hired new President and CEO, who does not understand any part of the company business, but financial. He changed all "old loyal" people and hired huge new Management Team. I do not see any progress in future for them. Terrible atmosphere, people are scarred.

If not assigned a service call for the morning, service engineers would convene at the office to perform their administrative duties, review technical manuals pertaining to service-related issues and share with each other equipment problems they encountered in a clinical or hospital setting. Each individual being self managed saw fit to 'close the loop' with the client and share intelligence information with sales relating to upcoming projects. Camaraderie amongst service representative was very good.

Christie Innomed est en re-struturation donc poste poste à changer. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas d'avancement.
