Unstable, no job security
While at the beginning working at chinook village was great, after a few months they underwent financial struggle. This lead to lay off and increased work load for the persons who continues their employement.Office in Medicine Hat, AB

Great place to work, everyone is so friendly.
Chinook Village is a great place to work. Everyone from the residents to the management are very welcoming and friendly. Depending on what department you are in will depend on your hours but the benefits are great for full time employees. Kitchen unorganized

Was good

An Awesome Longterm Career
The management is wonderful to deal with, co-workers were genuinely kind, and the residents were fantastic. Loved the flexible shifts, opportunities for advancement and growth, as well as the work load balance and personal life balance.
