Great residents and team members

There have been many changes and I enjoy my job with Cheshire. I’ve been there over 10 years and I find fulfillment in my role. Team members are good but the residents are the best! Management is fresh and making many positive improvements. It’s not perfect but it’s on the right track. Pay is fair but lower than health region. Funding is Social Services. Pension and Benefits help.

Fun and easy workplace

Cheshire is a great place, I love my job and most of all the residents. There have been many changes here and the management has handled them well. The residents are long lasting and they love it here. Job is busy and I enjoy that. There is time for resident engagement and we have fun.

Hard place to work, no mutual respect, Director degrades people, likes to argue, and break you down

Stay far away. Not worth your time. No job security. Incompetent Director. Verbal abuse. Director likes to talk down & take advantage or people. When I was first hired I was told that no one in my position lasts anything longer than 7 months.... now I see why.
