Hard work, Good atmosphere

I enjoyed all that I learned as a line cook at Chemong lodge. The hours however were excruciating and it seemed like there was no incentive to work harder, regardless of how much you did. I enjoy hard work, because nothing feels better than a hard days work at the end of the day.
not enough time in the day or any breaks to enjoy the free food, bad hours, long shifts.
