Hypocritical / incompetent / lethargic management...a company more concerned with process than with outcomes.

If you read the corporate propaganda, drink the Kool-Aid, don't embarrass anyone and stay below the radar, then you can survive here but it's a bit like polishing a terd then having the company convince you that you can pick it up by the clean end.
There's an old adage at CHC, 'phuque -up - move up' The company is rich in cliques ...some going back decades and if you're in the right gang, you can do fine otherwise, fly low and observe radio silence, keep your ears and eyes open and do not expect the company to have your back.
Possibilities to travel and equal time off.
Benefits and pension are terrible unless your senior management, double standards and hypocrisy are wide spread. Terrible moral
