This is a shameful place to work
Supply Chain Analyst (Former Employee) –  Richmond, BC29 April 2019
You can never be proud of telling anyone you worked here!!
Management sucks and senior leadership is worse. Supervisors and managers are out of control and senior management is held hostage by their tyrannical “leaders” who hold all the operational knowledge and keep the knowledge away from the team so they stay special and powerful

A very short insecure supervisor in supply chain will “work from home” and Skype you to make sure you are working at the office. I’m sorry what is wrong with this picture??!!
Why are only the “in people” allowed to work from home and I use the word “work” loosely. You know who you are short man...,pathetic!! Get some skills and grow up.

Lousy Upper Management!
Global Operations (Current Employee) –  Vancouver, BC10 April 2019
Zero direction. No business drive or any positive support for employees. Managers have doors closed 24/7 . Hypocrites and pettiness is norm there. Every employee is looking for anotherr job. When told that morale was low, Manager response "I don't care". Oh we see that.

Hypocritical / incompetent / lethargic management...a company more concerned with process than with outcomes.
Pilot (Former Employee) –  Global29 May 2017
If you read the corporate propaganda, drink the Kool-Aid, don't embarrass anyone and stay below the radar, then you can survive here but it's a bit like polishing a terd then having the company convince you that you can pick it up by the clean end.
There's an old adage at CHC, 'phuque -up - move up' The company is rich in cliques ...some going back decades and if you're in the right gang, you can do fine otherwise, fly low and observe radio silence, keep your ears and eyes open and do not expect the company to have your back.
Pros
Possibilities to travel and equal time off.
Cons
Benefits and pension are terrible unless your senior management, double standards and hypocrisy are wide spread. Terrible moral

Bad management
Ame apprentice (Former Employee) –  Richmond, BC20 January 2017
Really bad management. If you want to advance you have to learn how to be buddy buddy (You don't have to know anything). Manager will have lot of smoke break and when you do it, you get yell at for it.. Unless you are his buddy

Don't quit your job to work here.
Management and shops work in a backstabbing environment.
Managers make poor uneducated decisions.
No chance for advancement, unless you're someone's buddy.
Everyone working here is looking to leave this company.
