  • You get two weeks.

  • If you actually get a decent amount of vacation time, there are ridiculous black out periods that make ZERO sense that prevent you from taking time, and then most of that time has stylists going home early or having their hours cut

  • Technically suppose to get them but never will

  • Dependant on management, NO structure as to who would get time off, it is often favouritism that decides who gets time/ how much. I have seen employees get 3+ weeks off while others get in trouble for requesting one day.
