  • Overall for such a big company they have a system that works for them if I were in charge I would have quarterly meetings with employees with managers and district manager to get their in put on what they feel is working and what they are concerned about encourage consider and listen to their suggestions employees are a companies front line support they are the ones directly in contact with consumers they listen to customers what they like or dislike about the company their input is valuable in these changing time for companies to grow and understand the company’s demographics to move forward and prosper

  • Provide management training which includes being Polite and curtious.
    No favoritism towards any employee all get treated equally

  • Provide better coaching for management and teams, create an environment of learning instead of constantly being reprimanded for expectations that were never clarified beforehand. Better communication between head office, management and teams.

  • Better head office location
