Fast paced, wonderful coworkers but underpaid
I loved working for these residents and their families daily and supporting them through their medical issues. It was difficult when starting as a new grad, I had to push myself to learn excellent time management to complete all my duties at an acceptable time (medications, wellness assessments, falls, documentation).
