Lacking Support
I loved working with the residents and engaging them in programs. I had little help from coworkers when working on my unit and running programs, while they often ran programs with the two higher-functioning units together. Worst long term care home in London
I worked here for almost 4 years and this place broke me. Management was terrible, the never supported their staff or residents. The admin would throw anyone under the bus in order to make herself look better, they kept employees who were clearly abusing the residents, they screwed over all the staff that got Covid from their lack of preparedness during an outbreak. Run away from this Company

Terrible

Staff and residents are amazing
In few words...I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. Lack of communication qnd favoritizum. Not helpful or supportive of work life balance.What would you say about your employer?
