Does Charmed Aroma allow for flexible working hours? Or are the hours set?

Hours at the head office are certainly flexible. Some (like myself) choose to come in earlier, while others choose start their workday closer to 10am. We are a small team of ambitious and passionate individuals. With the recent pandemic, there are been a shift to working from home, employees are expected to be responsive during a standard 9-5 workday, as would be the expectation anywhere.

Hours are set that the manager gets 40 hours and then the rest is given to key holders and part timers
