Reviews about Pay & benefits for Store Manager at Change Lingerie
Bad all around
Store Manager (Former Employee) – Montréal, QC – 20 November 2019
This is a really bad place to work at. The management is unprofessional and does not train employees they just abandon them and hope for the best. The store managers are paid on a yearly basis of a 40h a week ...but the pay is really low and they expect you to work an average of 45h a week. They also cut down hours so you are alone for most of you shift. They also have a 125$ per hour sales goal per staff expectation that was not mentionned when I was hired. Its almost impossible to make these numbers because they simply don't have enough stock to sell. Even if you have a customer that want to buy many bras or sets you most of the time don't have the available stock! Thoses are just a few of the reasons you should not work there!
No training, working alone, no structure, low pay, pressured sales, unachiveable commissions, no respect, no work life balance
