Noble cause, I be learned a lot about small businesses
Company has a great cause trying to protect small business. Unfortunately CFIB has become less effective years over the years, I do not think CFIB is being heard. Pay has not kept up with the changing times despite the SPIN they have. Very fast paced with high metrics and transactions and low base. Compensation is designed for high activity The role is very engaging and you meet some amazing business owners. But don’t expect to make a descent income in the first 2 years.

Great place to work
Flexible schedule, supportive team members and management. Base salary plus commission. Harder you work, the better you get paid. There are minimum requirements every week but they are not hard to attain.

A great place for a career
A great organization to work for. They treat employees very well and very fairly and provide load of support when needed. This company believes in promoting from within and they do so wherever possible. From the CEO on down, management makes employees feel valued and respected. Everything they do is with the goal of helping small business succeed.
