American ops are great; in Canada - is complete opposite. micro management and semi retired staff unwilling to work with new employees. Wont recommend unless you are willing to move to Kansas City, MO.

Good product range and customization of products to fit customer needs. Poor corporate support in terms of salaries, chronic under staffing and expectations of employee overtime for free.
