We fight every year for a fair raise and the union has done nothing to improve this. We pay high union fee's but they are overwhelmed with more demand than they can provide because the work conditions have diminished severely in resent years, we pay a lot for this service that we don't receive.
I suppose about once a year. With Covid we received a lot of special
bonuses, which became hard to keep track of.Very rarely, unionized position. Raises only occur every couple years
