For any position at CAMH, there will always be a question about diversity and why it is important. Depending on which position and department, you may be asked questions like "how would you deal with a difficult patient who is ... suicidal? has an intellectual disability?" etc, "What experience do you have in dealing with people with severe mental illness?, "Why would you be a good fit for this position?", "what challenges do you forsee in this position?". There will also likely be scenerio questions based on coworker and/or patient interactions.
