What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Central Painting Inc.?

  • They do not have enough talented actual painters so people are often grouped together and your hard work gets credited to the wrong people. Supervisors are less knowledgeable than the workers. CP wants to expand but does not know how to as they do not have a loyal work force. They just want to be part of big jobs that fund their coffers. This is a opportunistic company no real future here! Petty people working to undermine each other upper management has no clue.....
